Matt is relaxed, friendly and works well with a wide range of people. It was the first time we had held a hybrid conference and there was some anxiety about how it would all work. With Matt at the helm, everything ran smoothly and everyone was pleased with his support. What was really impressive were his suggestions during the conference for improving the participation of those attending on Zoom. I plan to use him again.
