Matt was utterly professional, calm, and quietly delivered a superb job. He knew exactly what to do, wasn't bothered by small changes to the plan, and just got on with the job. Added to which, he's a thoroughly great person with whom it was an absolute delight to work. We'll definitely be going back to Matt next time we ned AV support.
