Why livestream your event?
There are many reasons to livestream your next event.
Wider Engagement
Livestreaming opens up your event to more people.
If the room capacity sells out, people can still engage. If people can't travel to be there onsite, they can join remotely.
This all means the opportunity to reach more people and get your message out there
"As a disabled person who can't always get to onsite events, I appreciate livestreamed events as they are more accessible to me when I'm having a high pain or fatigue day"
Rachel
Greater Accessibility
Livestreams open up your event to people who can't attend onsite, either through disability, personal circumstances or difficulties with travel.

Additional Revenue Streams
The wider engagement means more tickets sold, and you can have tickets at different price points, futher lowering the barriers to taking part in your event.
Also, our livestreaming packages include recordings of your event, so you can sell 'Catch up' or 'Watch Again' tickets after the event, so people who didn't attend on the day don't miss out, and you get increased sales.
Growth
Research shows that is people can 'try out' an event via a livestream, they are 30% more likely to attend onsite in the future. thsi can help with the long term growth of your event and increase ongoing engagement with your organisation
Livestream vs Hybrid
What do we mean when we say 'Livestreamed' or 'Hybrid' events?
Livestreams are a mostly one-way thing, where the event is broadcast from the venue out to those elsewhere. But those watching remotely have limited interaction, maybe just via a text chat function. This is good for things like lectures and presentations.
Hybrid Events are two way, remote participants can be seen and heard in the onsite room as well as those onsite being seen by those remotely. This allows for much deeper engagement for those not oniste, and is ideal for thnigs like AGMs and discussion events.
At MC Online Events, we have the expertise, experience and tech to be able to do both kind of events, and can advise what would work best for your event. So drop us a line and lets chat.
What We Offer
Our bread and butter is multi-camera livestreaming. Depending on the event we usually use two or three cameras to give a range of views and keep things interesting for those watchinig the livestream.
We can also have split screen views, where a camera takes up part of the screen and slides take up the rest. This is ideal for presentations or lectures where the speaker has a powerpoint.
And then there is pre-recorded elements. We can play in videos which can be seen in the room and on the livestream. A great use for this is to allow sponsor adverts during the breaks, or a recorded talk from a presenter who couldn't do it live.
We also record all the events we livestream, for two reasons. Firstly, in the very rare case that there is a problem with the internet, people can catch up later. But also so that you have a recording of your event which yu can use however you want; in promotion for the next event, to sell as 'Catch Up' content or just so you know what happened.
No two events are the same, and we try to never say 'That's not possible' (within reason!). We've livestreamed from the middle of a park with no power or wifi, or livestreamed three streams from three rooms simultaneously. So bring us your ideas and we'll see how it can be done.
